Formly I put all notifications OFF - too much email traffic on my box and on yours I guess too.

If you dont want to display : Notification when new replies are written :
click NO in : Profile/Preferences then SAVE

If you dont want to display : Always notify me of replies :
click NO in : Profile/Preferences then SAVE


issue :

if you reply to a post and click : Post a reply then you have to check OFF the box : "Notify me when a reply is posted"

if you reply to a post directly Quick reply mode it shouldnt be a problem, I hope Smile .... but will test it again ...
