we wait about 1 hour, then availabe move-up players :
Markux Nick Karo Dee will replace players that not arrive at time(if noone arrive then 3 of you will create group 3 and play.)
(in ranking order & due to time condition)

Sorry to bother you again but I don't understand why we move up... I really lost track.

or this is what I understand :

there were 4 groups (each contain 3 people)

the 2 of these groups had finalist (silke and wip). but the other 2 groups ("joof, railroad, indica" and "urigallu, loic, Fi") still did/could not make a match and have their winners to qualify and join silke and wip for a match. (why? that's i can not understand)

am i right or what?

if these two groups can't finish their match today (sunday), some other people will join their group.

because we wait about 3 weeks for these 2 groups and they didnt meet & play. To continue the tournament we have to take an alternative solution (only if needed, so I hope they will play at sunday)

If not then move up players will replace them.

ohh, maybe im not clear enough : but not all will be replaced : ONLY that one which not appears at the evening today. replacers Starting with MARKUX, then if he no time NICK, then ......

if 2 ppl not there, same but with 2 replacers....

if replacers no time then mixed groups (read in Poll: VOTE)

but even if so I strongly hope all their will play as at begin, so we dont have to use these alternative solutions which cost me a lot of time to create, write and manage this unnecessary alternatives.

i hope so too. because in my opinion using move-up players is unfair to the first two groups' eliminated people (Yowie, Igrock, F5, Zero)

not at all : we use this rule stage before in same scheme
eliminated players still have chance to qualify (but only one)
why replacers from ranking and not from eliminated players ? because they got their chance and lose or be 2nd and we need players from stage b4, but in fact ranking issue shows who is strong - and those should get another chance if this chaos scenario take place

Fingers crossed for joof, railroad, indica, urigallu, loic and Fi groups not to loose any members. that will be the most fair for all players and our dear admin.

it seems I wasnet prepared enough to one possibility :
noone appeared to FB from Group 3 and we cant replace whole group thats fact, ahhhhhhhhhh

we give a chance to group 3 finish till 4th march.
if that not happen all of you can arrange a date & time between 4th-6th march and play insteed of group 3.

4th - after 20.00 CET
5th - as you want
6th - untill 20.00 CET

if all dates not possible please note this on forum, then we move group 5 & final to another date

Like i said in my topic's group,i cant play before this sunday.I understand that you want to play and finish this tournament. So,if we can't find an arragement i understand that we are out.

I will be travelling between cities beginning this afternoon. Therefore, I am not able to make any permanent plans before monday. I know I will be available some time, but I don't know when.
So I can say none of the above dates are suitable and pass.

it meens we should wait next 2 weeks to finish ... hmmm ...not best solution but lets see what others will say (I could maybe live with that)
But it strongly depends on replacers if they have time but also on other players your group (i didnt saw you all for weeks)
also due to time condition of finalists and group 5 players

I know you try to moderate your group and it failed, so when that happen again we play final in July on WLAN notebook and with an pinacolada in a pool Smile))

ok, as I see no pro/contra comments we set group 3 date to 07.03.2010 at 22.00 CET
(i'll change AGENDA soon)

1 - Joof, Indica, Railroad
2 - Markux, Nick,Karo, Dee, Gael, ..... next in ranking
3 - Yowie, Urigallu, F5

if only one player from group 3 missed, then two repalcers,
if 2 players missed, then one repalcer
if noone then replacers play group 3
(due to ranking order & time condition)

Group 5 start between 08.03.2010 & 12.03.2010
FINAL Group play at 14.03.2010

Is that ok ?
