When we know the DATE & TIME it will be listed in the Agenda. Untill that please propose any idea, thought or intuition AND discuss it here :

After long discussions we decided to make it between 20.00-24.00 h GMT 1 .
Date depends on you !!! We should meet at ones at one day , thats clear, would 01.02.2010 be well ???

Mostly the 31.01.2010 is accepted. There is another proposition to play at different time. Each PRE_QUALIFY_GROUP can play their matches starting at morning, what you think ?

no worry, I think we play different pre-qualify-groups so each group will not play at same time, we'll find a solution !!!!

Solution :

Due to time condition like work, study, birthdays or other important things in our lifes we SPLIT the tournament into 3 stages. Therefore it depends on your group when you play your games and post results.

Stage 1 - PRE QUALIFY GROUPS should play as soon as possible
Stage 2 - DATE & TIME will be set up for ROUND 1 & 2 GROUPS when all PRE QUALIFY GROUPS play their games
Stage 2 - DATE & TIME will be set up for FINAL GROUPS when all ROUNDS before are played


PRE QUALIFY GROUPS are welcome to start playing as soon as possible
